cops did that in orlando once. i drove past a pack of at least 12 cars pulled over and all drivers, and cops were out of the cars. i dont know if it was a bull run though it might of been a cannonball run

Since this happens for every Bullrun, get a datalogger and hook up a video camera recording your speed so you can dispute it.
