Not its not a dummy. Mechanical sympathy ever heard about it? Yes you can do change down without the clutch, but not mega for the gearbox. Nothing to do with the continuing the habit. What if you use a crashbox then? Stil H-pattern but you don’t use clutch on the way up. No clutch means auto-blip on the power so you can left foot brake – but harder on the box. Like most singleseaters these days.
It does not require clutch engagements with sequential gearboxes. The pedal is only a dummy for the driver to continue the heel-n-toe habit like with manual gearboxes.
i was having shit on fanatec H shifter then after seeing this video I changed to sequential shifter and my heel toe practice has improved…im talking about forza 3 …

Do these have TC? I don’t think they do, but just looks to me like he has the accelorater flat on the floor.

We have 2 Cup cars, and you are supposed to clutch on downshifts…upshifts you dont need to.

Love it. Do you have anymore of his driving?

Yes, I don’t know why is he using the clutch in this case. I have dog box trans and I am not using the clutch in that case.
