The infamous 1997 Red Annihilation tournament: John Carmack, legendary Id Software Programmer, gives his 328 GTS Cabriolet to the winner of this tournament. The tournament was held on Mpaths networks with over 2000 participants. The top 16 were flown to Atlanta, Georgia for the final tournament at the World Congress Center during E3 of that year. On Concourso Italiano weekend in Pebble Beach California, the Pacific region chapter of The Ferrari Club of America held a gathering of Ferrari enthusiasts on 8/13/2009, which spanned more than a half of a century of passion. The cars represented in this FCofA showing ranged from 275’s to a Scuderia 16m. All very rare and exceptionally maintained cars. This wonderful event was hosted by Chateau Julien on the beautiful sweeping hillsides of Carmel Valley in the Central Pacific Coast of California. If you find yourself in this region of California, I recommend paying Chateau Julien a visit. Great wines, a fantastic ambiance and excellent staff make for a very pleasant experience. The music is by a group out of Mountain View, California called “HeartStrings”, who graciously donated their music to this short-film.
